UEVLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UEVLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UEVLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, COX6A2, and ITGAD. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by UEVLD-low versus UEVLD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UEVLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UEVLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
