UCP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 357 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, DKKL1, and MEIS3. Each is linked with UCP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP3-to-partner and partner-to-UCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCP3 versus MYL9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
