UCP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, OR4C10P, and RNU6-1115P. Each is linked with UCP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP3-to-partner and partner-to-UCP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by UCP3-low versus UCP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
