Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,972 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Post-transcriptional gene silencing, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with UCP3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP3-to-partner and partner-to-UCP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by UCP3-low versus UCP3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
