UCN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,769 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, PES1, and GGT1. Each is linked with UCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN3-to-partner and partner-to-UCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCN3 versus UPB1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
