UCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FDX1P2, OR4A5, and MTCYBP27. Each is linked with UCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN3-to-partner and partner-to-UCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FDX1P2 grouped by UCN3-low versus UCN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
