UBXN8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,281 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRN, XPO7, and MAK16. Each is linked with UBXN8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN8-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN8 versus WRN in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
