Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBXN2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBXN2A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher UBXN2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBXN2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and LUAD are the cancer types where UBXN2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
