UBXN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,681 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAR1B, HDDC3, and PSME2. Each is linked with UBXN2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN2A versus SAR1B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
