UBXN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,345 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOA1, SLC30A6, and PPP3R1. Each is linked with UBXN2A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN2A versus NCOA1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
