Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,236 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBXN2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Nucleus organization. Each is linked with UBXN2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN2A-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle process grouped by UBXN2A-low versus UBXN2A-high in BREAST.
