Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBXN10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBXN10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher UBXN10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBXN10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
THCA, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where UBXN10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
