UBXN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF4, P4HB, and CRELD2. Each is linked with UBXN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN1 versus SDF4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
