UBXN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,139 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112, ZFP91, and TOPORS. Each is linked with UBXN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN1 versus TRMT112 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
