Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K48-linked deubiquitination, Response to mitochondrial depolarisation, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with UBXN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN1 results are reported.
