UBTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, UBR7, and VEZF1. Each is linked with UBTF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTF-to-partner and partner-to-UBTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTF versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
