UBTF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,599 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPAIN, CXCL8, and C14orf93. Each is linked with UBTF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTF-to-partner and partner-to-UBTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTF versus RPAIN in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
