Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, INPP4B, and p70-S6K_pT389. Each is linked with UBTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTF-to-partner and partner-to-UBTF results are reported.
