UBTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,240 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMGT1, PWWP2A, and FAM161A. Each is linked with UBTD2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD2-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTD2 versus MMGT1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
