UBTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,676 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, TBXAS1, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with UBTD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD2-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTD2 versus DBN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
