Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,470 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBTD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G0 to G1 transition, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with UBTD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD2-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G0 to G1 transition grouped by UBTD2-low versus UBTD2-high in OVARY.
