UBTD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBTD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, PPFIBP1_S466, and SSH1. Each is linked with UBTD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBTD1 versus PLS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
