Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBR3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBR3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBR3 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where UBR3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
