UBR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,368 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAP23, TMEM87A, and GOLM2. Each is linked with UBR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR1-to-partner and partner-to-UBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBR1 versus SNAP23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
