UBR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, ELMO2P1, and FCER1A. Each is linked with UBR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR1-to-partner and partner-to-UBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by UBR1-low versus UBR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
