Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, Cytosolic transport, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with UBR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR1-to-partner and partner-to-UBR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway grouped by UBR1-low versus UBR1-high in LIVER.
