Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 441 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, ANKRD66, and TRAT1. Each is linked with UBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR1-to-partner and partner-to-UBR1 results are reported.
