UBQLN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBQLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, ANP32B, and RAD23B. Each is linked with UBQLN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBQLN1 versus WDR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBQLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBQLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
