UBQLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBQLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBQLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYLC1, ATP5F1A, and SKA1. Each is linked with UBQLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBQLN1-to-partner and partner-to-UBQLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYLC1 grouped by UBQLN1-low versus UBQLN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBQLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBQLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
