Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, CHCHD3, and PAXIP1. Each is linked with UBN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBN2-to-partner and partner-to-UBN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBN2 versus EZH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
