Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBLCP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBLCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THG1L, CELF2, and TNIP1. Each is linked with UBLCP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBLCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBLCP1 results are reported.
