Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBLCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBLCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with UBLCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBLCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBLCP1 results are reported.
