UBLCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBLCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,567 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBLCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC1, ETF1, and ATG12. Each is linked with UBLCP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBLCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBLCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBLCP1 versus TTC1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBLCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBLCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
