Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBLCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBLCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT007093, SGC-CBP30, and 50869. Each is linked with UBLCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBLCP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBLCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT007093 grouped by UBLCP1-low versus UBLCP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBLCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBLCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
