Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-373P, RNU6-494P, and RNU5E-10P. Each is linked with UBL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL7-to-partner and partner-to-UBL7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-373P grouped by UBL7-low versus UBL7-high in COAD.
