Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBL3 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBL3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where UBL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
