Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBL3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBL3 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher UBL3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.

PDAC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where UBL3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
