UBL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,879 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPK3, CRIP2, and CRYL1. Each is linked with UBL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL3-to-partner and partner-to-UBL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL3 versus MAPK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
