Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,624 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD5, DDX11, and RPS6KC1. Each is linked with UBL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBL3-to-partner and partner-to-UBL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBL3 versus ATAD5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
