UBIAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBIAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBIAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NADK, RNF122, and TSPAN18. Each is linked with UBIAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBIAD1 versus NADK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
