UBIAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBIAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBIAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR373, RNA5SP93, and RNU4-13P. Each is linked with UBIAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR373 grouped by UBIAD1-low versus UBIAD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
