UBFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,802 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-33P, IFNA2, and RNU6-936P. Each is linked with UBFD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBFD1-to-partner and partner-to-UBFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-33P grouped by UBFD1-low versus UBFD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
