Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,299 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPZ, SULT1C4, and OR1F12. Each is linked with UBE3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3D-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE3D versus CPZ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
