The most reproducible UBE3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and Quinone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with UBE3D in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3D-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3D results are reported.
