UBE3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,489 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, SRP14, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with UBE3A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE3A versus RTF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
