UBE3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA12, RNASEK, and PGAM5. Each is linked with UBE3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE3A-to-partner and partner-to-UBE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA12 grouped by UBE3A-low versus UBE3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
