UBE2Z

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Z RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNB1, ATXN2L, and RFC2. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Z versus KPNB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
