Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Z protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,502 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNB1, RAB5C, and MRPL27. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Z versus KPNB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
