UBE2Z

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Z protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,422 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRB2, DUSP3, and UBR2. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Z versus GRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
