UBE2Z

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Z mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID3BP1, SRXN1, and ARF4P1. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRELID3BP1 grouped by UBE2Z-low versus UBE2Z-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
